Since beginning this handyman service, I've had the opportunity to tackle dozens of projects and perform hundreds of different tasks. Here is a small sample of work completed. The last three pictures are of work done before starting the handyman business, but they help show the scope of services offered.
This damaged door frame (left picture) was repaired, trimmed, and covered with roll aluminum
These paver steps (left picture) seemed unsafe and inadequate to the owner. To solve this issue, a new composite deck was installed as pictured on the right.
This is one of several storm doors I've installed recently.
This garage wall appeared to have been hit by a vehicle because the framing was knocked off of the plate inside and the door trim was broken (left picture). To fix this, I raised the wall slightly with a jack, pulled the wall back in place and refastened it, then installed new trim (center picture). Finally, I scraped and painted the door and wall as requested by the owner.
This bench was refurbished with new cedar boards, then, primed and painted. Finally, at the owner's request, I painted the center medallion silver, to make it stand out.
This crawlspace access panel was very dirty and rusty, as you can see in the left picture. The picture on the right shows how it looked after cleaning, sanding, priming with an appropriate primer, and a fresh coat of paint.
